Starting from the paths of childhood, we go along the way of life, seeking for something beautiful, permanent and eternal. On the way, we have to make choices. Making choices means we may make mistakes, find something new, hurry to somewhere and be attentive. The state of mind that we started with, is also with great importance.

Places of worship in Estonia have witnessed the times of joy and sorrow throughout the centuries. They have been important landmarks in physical environment as well as in our minds. They remind us, that we come from somewhere and go somewhere.

Opposite to "being on the way", there is "patos" - a small path, describing a mental journey inside our minds, into our memories and visions. So may some steps, taken from the church door to altar, accompanied by a silent prayer, offer us a meeting with it, that says "I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me." John 14:6

Dear wayfarer, I wish You shelter and protection and finding what is most important for You!
