Pidula Manor is located on the Estonian island of Saaremaa (Ösel), 35 km north of the island's capital Kuressaare. Just a mile from the Baltic Sea and 15 km from the new Saaremaa Harbour, which is capable of receiving ocean-going cruise ships. Pidula (Piddul in German) is first mentioned in the chronicles of the 16th century. It is one of the best preserved of Saaremaa's noble manors.

Before the land reforms of the 19th and 20th-centuries, the estate encompassed tens of thousands of acres of woods and fields. The landowners included many of the most prominent Baltic German noble houses, such as von Stärcke, von Stackelberg and von Toll families.

Today Pidula Manor offers luxurious rural tourism accommodation and activities for families, couples or private groups.  In the autumn, guests can go berry-picking or mushroom-gathering, and later on, hunting, mostly for wild boar. Although elk and small game animals also abound. Winter is for skiing when there will also be sleigh-rides.

In summer guests can go horseback riding. Summer is also for bicycle excursions, swimming in the sea and nearby lakes. In August, Pidula's marvellous park invites guests to take a moonlight walk after a gorgeous gourmet dinner.
