This bar on Nikolai street is nice, quiet and sophisticated. Our tasty meals are affordable both for the tzar and an ordinary citizen. On our outdoor terrace it takes just a little bit of imagination to feel yourself in a real arbour. A story goes that at one time there rally was tzar Nikolai the 2nd ‘s arbour, where during hot summers he enjoyed a beer or two. Nikolai was a smugly man and we appreciate him for loving good meals and drinks. In our arbour there are the best atmosphere and food.
