Hageri church is one of the most significant Historicist country
churches in Estonia. First mentioned in 1424 the earlier Gothic one
was replaced in the end of the 19th century. The significant interior
details are the Baroque altar, altar painting and the Neo-Gothic
chancel. There is an ancient prayer house in the neighbourhood.
