The estate was first mentioned in 1470 and it has belonged to the Vietinghoffs, von Benckendorffs and von Lilienfelds. The two-storey main building was erected in the Early-Classical style in about 1790, but was rebuilt in the eclectic spirit both in the 1880s and in 1905, during the of which a fire occurred. In the 20th century, the building housed an agricultural school for a long time. It is currently in private possession.
