In Sam's Grill we started a live fire grilling already in 1998. I have composed the menu based on Estonian grilling traditions and mixed with experiences.
The idea in meat seasoning is not to follow any authentic cuisine, but to serve a variety of tastes from all over the world.
We hope to enrich your senses and provide ideas you could try also at home.
