In Hellenurme on the bank of the Elva river the 132 years old
water-mill built by the Middendorff family stands in the manor
ensemble. Inside the mill you can find furniture and machinery
from the 1930s. On the four floors of the mill you can see, touch
and smell the way from grain to flower. The mill mistress shall offer
you fresh bread and grain drink.
