The current chapel is the third on the same spot. The first one was finished in 1689,
it was in 1764 or in 1796 that the building of the second one started. What became
of them is not sure. There are engravings of both of the numbers in the chapel...

closeby Palamuse had a sermon between the remaining walls once a year. The scenery
must have looked dramatic but the building of the new church started in 1642...
